How do I book?

All reservations are made directly online through our website. For reservations using a gift certificate or to take advantage of student rates, please contact us by phone at 819-205-2400.

How do I cancel my booking?

All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled reservation time. You can contact us in two ways:

  • By email at info@maitredujeu.ca, indicating your name, the date, and the time of your reservation.
  • By phone at 819-205-2400.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Online: Credit card only, at the time of booking.
  • On-site: Cash, debit, and credit accepted.

Can I use my cell phone in the room?

Taking photos and videos is strictly prohibited inside our scenarios. However, you may keep your phone with you during the experience.

What is the minimum age required to participate?

  • Children 6 and under: Not permitted.
  • Children 7 to 13: Participation allowed, but an adult must be present in the room.
  • Children 10 and over: Recommended age to fully enjoy the experience.

Are the scenarios available in English and French?

Yes! All our scenarios are bilingual. Mixed English and French-speaking groups are welcome — each player can experience the game in their own language.

I have a gift certificate. How do I use it to make a reservation?

Gift certificates cannot be applied to online bookings. Please contact us directly to finalize your reservation:

What is the minimum number of players required?

The minimum number of players varies depending on the scenario chosen. Consult the scenarios page for the requirements of each.

Do you offer a discount for a second room on the same day?

Yes! We offer a 25% discount on each additional scenario booked on the same day. To take advantage of this offer, please contact us before making your online reservation.

Do you have a student discount?

Yes, on Thursdays students are entitled to a discount! On Thursdays, students will pay 30$ taxes included by presenting their student card. To book and get this discount, please call us.The discount is not applicable if you pay online.
