How do I book?
All reservations are made directly online through our website. For reservations using a gift certificate or to take advantage of student rates, please contact us by phone at 819-205-2400.
What payment methods do you accept?
- Online: Credit card only, at the time of booking.
- On-site: Cash, debit, and credit accepted.
I have a gift certificate. How do I use it to make a reservation?
Gift certificates cannot be applied to online bookings. Please contact us directly to finalize your reservation:

How do I cancel my booking?
All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled reservation time. You can contact us in two ways:
- By email at info@maitredujeu.ca, indicating your name, the date, and the time of your reservation.

What is the minimum age required to participate?
- Children 6 and under: Not permitted.
- Children 7 to 13: Participation allowed, but an adult must be present on site
Do you sell food and drinks?
Yes! We offer a selection of drinks, sweets, and treats on-site. Please note that the sale and consumption of alcohol are prohibited on our premises.
What clothing is recommended?
Opt for comfortable clothing and closed shoes. Sandals and flip-flops are not recommended to ensure your comfort and safety during the experience.
Is it possible to wear the VR headset with your glasses?
Yes, it is possible to wear your glasses, because the VR headset is adjustable.
