Frequently asked questions
Which activity should my group choose?
Up to 8 people, an escape room is played in a single room. Beyond that, the group splits across several rooms at the same time, and from 16 people, the Group Escape packages give a discount. Axe throwing and virtual reality can be booked online for up to 15 players; for a larger group, call us.
Can we do two activities on the same day?
Yes. The second activity booked within 24 hours costs 25% less. The escape rooms are on rue de Villebois, axe throwing and virtual reality on rue Eddy.
How old do you have to be?
Escape rooms: 10 recommended, with an adult in the room under 14. Axe throwing: 12 with an adult, 16 on your own. Virtual reality: 8 with an adult, 14 on your own, and a kid price from 8 to 12.
How do I plan a birthday?
Choose a birthday package: the activity, the party room and the pizza are included. A $200.00 deposit reserves the date online, and the balance is paid on site based on the number of children present.
What time should we arrive?
15 minutes before the start time, for the explanations and the safety instructions.
Can I give an activity as a gift?
Yes, with a gift certificate valid for all three activities, sent by email or text message.
