Good to know

Arrival

Arrive 15 minutes before the start time: that is what it takes to welcome everybody, form the teams and brief each one. The rooms then start a few minutes apart.

We take care of everything

Our staff advise you and help you form the teams. A sheet for forming your teams is available.
A host welcomes your group and briefs each team before it goes in.

Waiver

Every player signs a waiver online, valid 12 months. For anyone under 18, a parent has to sign, ideally before the activity. The link comes with the booking.

Deposit and balance

The $200.00 deposit is paid online and confirms your booking. The balance is paid on site for the actual number of participants: $60.45 per participant, taxes included, less the deposit.

Cancellation

14 days or more before: full refund.
7 to 14 days: gift certificate for the deposit.
Less than 7 days: non-refundable deposit, rescheduling possible.
